A small bugfix release to support Bareos installations with Python 3.6

Over the past weeks and months, we focused on identifying areas to improve in our plugin. We quickly saw that the file list creation during a full backup could be a performance bottleneck, so we addressed that.

There is a new feature for the later injection of files into existing backup jobs, support for Bareos' estimate job functionality, improved behavior during the cancellation of jobs and bug fixes.

Long awaited features are now included in the new Bareos plugin. ACL support - exclusions support and also performance improvments.
